Check It Out: New article authored by WINRS

Article Published on “The Power of The Personal”

Over the course of 140 meetings, we have learned a lot about the stereotypes and assumptions that can make it difficult for researchers and people outside academia to communicate openly. This article explores how we use the power of “The Personal” in our meetings — sharing personal stories and values with one another — to move past these stereotypes and build real connections to advance effective, meaningful research.
